Michael Benoit

Senior Director, Digital Platform Management & Services

Michael Benoit is the Senior Director of the Digital Platform Management and Services team.  This includes leading teams that manage and support enterprise platforms that support the following business domains:  Acquire and Renew, Member Servicing, Member Engagement, Corporate Services (HR, Finance, Procurement) and Product Development.  The role includes support for the following platforms:   Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Genesys, Google, Optum Stepwise, UiPath, and Pega Systems amongst others.  He has been at Blue Cross since 1999 while holding several technical leadership roles. Prior to that, he worked at both Ford Credit and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). 


Mike is a proud graduate of Leadership Macomb Class XVII. He is also a member of the Leadership Macomb Board of Directors, the Leadership Macomb Program Council and has hosted the Program’s Health and Human Services Day for the last several years. 


Mike earned an MBA from the University of Michigan – Dearborn and a BSEE (Electrical Engineering) from Wayne State University. He is married and has two daughters. He and his family reside in Chesterfield Township. He is an avid outdoorsman and serves as the Vice President and is on the  Board of Directors for Huron Pointe Sportsmen’s Association.
