Leadership Macomb – Core Program
Leadership Macomb’s Core Program offers a true “backstage pass” to Macomb County. This 10‑month immersive experience gives existing and emerging leaders an in‑depth understanding of the systems, assets, challenges, and opportunities that shape our county’s future.
Across 11 full‑day sessions, participants:

• Engage with key leaders and subject matter experts from business, government, education, public safety, health, and nonprofit sectors.
• Explore critical issues impacting Macomb County’s growth and quality of life.
• Expand their regional perspective through site visits, panel discussions, and hands‑on learning.
• Build meaningful relationships within a diverse cohort of professionals.
